some advice.........................

Hiya People,
I stumbled upon this when I was having my quiet time today and I thought, “why not share it with others?”
So here I am, ready to share.

Scandals seem to have become a compulsory road to success
No one, and I repeat no one, seems to make it in life without a scandal here or there. Even in our own political setting, we see this in play.
As Christians, we would face all kinds of troubles and scandals and would by all and every means, be a part of them.
So many people have said the same thing.
I accept that it is easier to say than act it out. When we come face to face with the situation, we realize it’s not that easy as we thought.

My advice?
Just be calm,
Stay focused on God
And realize on thing:
God is always in control!

It is comforting to know that
Even when you don’t know why certain things happen,
Someone better than you are, knows why
That person, is God.
He has a reason for everything that happens in our lives
He is concerned about our little details.
Even when we think He is not!

The Two Sides of Ana, the Two Sides of Love

I happened to stay up till about 10pm some days ago!
(Yeah, I usually don’t stay up that late, so
you may choose to call me a chicken. Lol.)
That's like 2 whole hours past my bedtime.
Luckily for me, I had the chance to watch "The Two Sides of Ana"

And OMG Patty(I hope I had the name right)
With her plump lovely self,
such a big heart,
so sweet,
ready to help anyone out,
lovely smile,
and soft voice,
Had to be cheated on by that no-good guy
with one of her best friends!

Why is life so unfair?
*tear, tear*

Why does this kind of thing always happen to people who don't deserve to be treated in such a manner?
She is so kind-hearted

The most annoying part,
I would say, is the guy telling her:
"I'm sorry. You don't deserve to be treated in such a manner."
How irritating can't this guy get?
He was the one treating her in that manner she didn't deserve. BUT,
He was right!
She didn't deserve to be treated like that
Let alone, by the man she loved with every fibre of her being!

Why is life so unfair? I ask again.
Why is the world so cold and cruel
with no sense of emotion at all?

Love is so painful with the wrong person
It is cruel and doesn't come from the right place in the heart

Love is so sweet with the right person
It is so gentle and understanding
It is sincere, faithful and
everlasting!

How do we know whether that individual is the
"right" person?
How can we ever tell?

This Is How The World Should Be!

Joe Butler lost his legs in a 1965 land mine in Vietnam. He returned home, a war hero. Twenty years later, as he working in his garage in a small town in Arizona, he heard a female screaming from a nearby house. He began rolling his wheelchair towards the house, but the dense flower garden was slowing down his speed; so he got out of his wheel chair and started to crawl through the dirt and the bushes. He got there and discovered that a three year-old girl named Stephanie Hanes was drowning in a swimming pool! He immediately dived in and rescued the infant whose breath was nearly gone. AS he put his mouth over hers to commence CPR, he told her mother “I was her arms to get her out of the pool. It’ll be okay. I am her lungs. Together we can make it”. Seconds later, the little girl coughed, regained consciousness, and began to cry.

As they hugged and rejoiced together, Mr. Butler told his story: “When my legs were blown off in the Vietnam War, I was all alone in a field till a little Vietnamese girl struggled to drag me into her village, she whispered in broken English, “It okay. You can live. I be your legs. Together we make it.” And I wanted to do the same for Stephanie.

I came across this story in “OUR DAILY MANNA” my devotional guide and I thought I should share this.

Life should be more like this
There should be love everywhere
Not people killing others just to make it

We should realize that we are siblings
We may be from different countries
But remember, these countries are just borders created by us!

There should be love among us
Let us love like never before and care for others
We would all, at some point in time, need love!

Is That Why They Call it the Blues?

All right, all right people….
I don’t know about you, but music is massive in my life.
Talk about Gospel, RnB through to hip-hop n all
It’s got this kinda effect on me.
The pain seems to reduce or i just become happier!

I realized one thing though,
Almost everyone has got some kind of special music for all events
We (I mean girls like me) tend to sing, “No Air” when we are in love
Or something similar that has to do with you not being able to live without somebody
Before I forget, “With You” by Chris Brown also falls in that category
We sing, “I’m A Survivor” by Destiny’s Child (I don’t know if I’ve got the name right) when the guy breaks up with us.

Personally, I’ve been singing “I’m a survivor, I’m not gonna give up, I’m not gonna stop, I’m gonna work harder.Now that you are out of my life I’m so much better…….”
Okay,……….
I don’t know the words but hey
That’s my song!!!!!!!!!!!!!
